Girly Night

Tonight was my girl night/bachelorette/lingerie party with Jamie, Kim, Nancy & Paula. We started the night off with pedicures, along with sparkling grape juice! It was so relaxing and I love my toes! then opened some lingerie :) After that, Jamie, Kim, Nancy & I headed to Conner's for dinner and then to reminisce at Cotton Eyed Joes. It was a great night hanging out with the girls! Thanks girls for making tonight so much fun!

Ahhh....Paradise!!!

Kim, Jamie & I went to Sarasota over the weekend for a much needed girls getaway. We had a great time and the weather was perfect, except for Saturday when it rained a majority of the day. The water was gorgeous and the sunsets were fantastic! I think we should make this a yearly trip!!!

Something you don't want to see at the beach!

Tonight Aaron walked to the garden down the street from my house to get a cucumber...Lilly & Lexie were sad they didn't get to go and waited by the door until he came back. I love this picture!

Couples Shower

Ole, Ole....we had a Fiesta couples shower on Saturday hosted by Kim & Dusty, Jamie & Bill and Nancy & Larry. We had a wonderful time and the food was yummy! Thanks to Bill for making MARGARITAS!! Here are some pictures from the fun night!

1 month left!!!

I can't believe the wedding is a month from TODAY!!!! Time sure has flown since that January evening that Aaron was acting like a weirdo. I knew something was up, then he popped the question....sometimes it feels like that night was just last week. I know that Aaron & I are both looking forward to August 11th....I just want to take it all in and enjoy the day, because I know it will be over in the blink of an eye. I feel very blessed to be marrying such a caring and understanding man. I never would have imagined when I met Aaron almost 9 years ago that we would be getting married....we were best friends, that's all I ever wanted from him...then one day it changed and the rest is history :)

Happy July 4th!!!

We had a cookout at my house and then headed downtown to watch the fireworks. It was a fun 4th for us.

Visit to Indiana

Aaron, Kim, Dusty, Colton & Kenleigh and I made a quick trip to Logansport, Indiana this weekend to visit Papaw & Carol. We had a blast! We were able to see lots of family, had great food and saw lots of corn fields! We rode the famous Logansport carousal and ate frozen custard!! YUMMY! I have a lot of wonderful childhood memories from Logansport and it was great to go back. I felt like a big kid on the carousal and was happy that Colton wanted to ride it with me!! The only things that were missing from the trip were..... Jamie, Bill and Will. Maybe next year we could all go!! Thanks to Papaw & Carol for being such wonderful hosts!!
