Snow Babies!

We woke up to some snow this morning and decided to take advantage of playing for a few minutes!  Hopefully this will be the last cold snap!  It was so pretty -- lots of big snowflakes!  I decided to bundle Caroline up and sit her in the snow, too!

Last week and yesterday, Carter has come out of his room during rest time dressed in a white undershirt, blue shirt, khaki pants and brown socks because he says he is going to work :)

So proud of the C's Carter wrote tonight!!

He said "Hey, Mommy...look at my C's!!"  He was so proud of himself!!  :)

7 months!!!

Another month older....can't believe it!  You are still the happiest, most enjoyable, kissable baby!  We love you Sweet Caroline and look forward to what month 7 has in store for you! 

Here's what's been happening this month:

• goes to sleep earlier now!  WOO HOO for Mommy & Daddy!  Instead of 11:00 she is normally in bed by 9:30 :)
• takes 2 naps -- 10-12 and 2:30-4:30
• eats every 4 hours and has a vegetable for dinner and oatmeal before bed
• is a steady sitter now!

• has eaten green beans, peas, sweet potatoes (homemade!), squash. She isn't a fan of baby food yet, but is tolerating it a little more with each meal!
• LOVES oatmeal!  We made the switch from boring old rice cereal to yummy organic baby oatmeal! It must taste so much better bc she gets very excited when I bring out the box!
• loves to take a bath and loves to splash!!

• likes to bounce when she is being held!  You have to be careful or she will bounce right out of your arms!
• VERY VOCAL now!!  
• says Ma ma ma :)  and has said Da da da once!
• chews on everything!

• is a grab nabber :) she reaches for anything she can get her hands on
• loves to bounce in her exersaucer and if you say "bounce, bounce, bounce, Caroline"  she will start bouncing!
• still no teeth!!!

• reaches for her toys while in sitting position

She was busy during her monthly photo shoot!!
