I can't believe that Carter is 3 1/2!  Holy cow...where has the time gone!

I love my handsome 3 1/2 year old little boy :)

Here are some funny things he has said lately:

• Earth to Mommy (because I wasn't coming in his room fast enough)
• Mommy, are you a women?
• I am sick & tired of doing this....aren't you, Mommy?  He said this when we were picking weeds 
• Uncle Bill needs to mow his yard -- it looks awfulable :)
• Mommy, you are a hoot!
• One night he was calling from his bed and saying "I'm so lonely"  Anything to stall at bedtime!!
• Carter was upset with me about something and he said "I wish you could just go to Target and stay all day long."
• Carter told Aaron the he didn't want him because he smelled like a skunk!
• Full of questions -- Why do doggies doodle in the yard?  Do birdies pick their noses?  Why do birds walk & fly?
• He wanted me to break a piece off his Mustang and I told him I didn't want to break his toy -- his response -- I love you & I want you to take it off :)
• Mommy, I have a headache...it's my leg that is hurting
• It's been there for 100 weeks
• I only know how to make messes, not clean them up  --- SO TRUE!!
• Can I color on this picture that we made last day when I was one?  
• Caroline had Carter's small garbage can & we took it away - Carter said "well, I guess God just needs to make a bigger one"  What a sweet big brother :)
• I told Aaron that he missed a belt loop and Carter said "did you say butt loop?"
• I'm Carter and Carter's take books off bookshelves!
• Don't say no, you say yeah because people don't say no, they say yeah.
• I told Carter that sometimes his not listening gets old and he said "no, it gets new" :)
• says reb bails instead of bed rails -- no matter how often we correct him, he always says it like that

Caroline loves to play with cars...she even makes the zooming sound!

Park Fun!

We enjoyed a nice day at the park before we left for the beach!  Caroline was a WILD woman!  She could climb to the top of the slide in a matter of seconds!  

The Beach!

We loaded up last Saturday and made our way to the beach!  We spent the night with Andy & Amber and had lots of fun!  Carter LOVED riding in the golf cart (wish I had taken a picture of him!)  Sunday afternoon we made our way through the rain monsoons to Blue Mountain Beach!  It was the first time staying on 30A and we really enjoyed it.  It was nice not to be in the hustle and bustle of Destin!
